Search Options The majority of our clients find that each road
within their company requires a unique solution. Frequently we work with a single
client under different options simultaneously, depending upon the criticality
of the openings. Our Account Managers will make recommendations but ultimately
allow you to choose the option that is best suited for your needs.
Retained
Search Agreement
Retained searches are our highest priority. This full
service search option is best suited for higher level critical openings.
Priority Search Agreement
The Priority Search option is best utilized
for positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional
recruiting efforts.

Your
search consultant devotes the majority of his or her time to filling your position. |

A
search coordinator allocates up to 50 percent of his or her time to your project. |

Screening
of candidates either in person or by videoconference is available at your request. |

Exclusivity
of candidates |

The service charge is quoted based on the difficulty and exclusivity of the assignment.
— To bind your commitment we require a $5,000 engagement fee
along with a 60 day position exclusivity to begin the search. |

financial commitment is required to initiate the search. Although this arrangement
imposes no strong commitment on the part of the consultant or the client, it can
be an effective business arrangement when both parties are in agreement. |

We have the resources to build teams of 10 professionals or more. We also provide Total Permanent Placement Outsourcing
of entire departments for project-wide staffing.
Service Charges
Our service charges for project searches are based on the difficulty of the search, the availability of candidates,
the time required for the process and the number of positions. Each project
